Cancellation and booking

1. Booking of a service is binding upon paying the advance of at least 40% of the value of ordered services, within 7 days from the date of order placing.
2. Cancellation of booking:
   - On 21 days prior to the commencement of providing services, 10 % of the value of advance is charged in order to cover the handling costs 
   - 100% of advance is returned in the case of:
      - for reasons attributable to the Company,
      - due to an illness of the beneficiary, which makes it impossible to take advantage of stay,
      - for reasons independent of the beneficiary, including documented illness or death of a member of the closest family and persons being in the custody of the beneficiary.
   - Condition for receiving the refund is to send the opt-out form along with the documentation within the deadline of 21 days from the date of notification of resignation.
   in other cases the advance is not returned.
3. Shortening a stay In the case a stay is shortened, the amount of remuneration for the provided services is reduced by the value of non-performed services in the case:
   - for reasons attributable to the Company,
   - due to an illness of the beneficiary, which makes it impossible to continue a stay,
   - for reasons independent from the beneficiary, including documented illness or death of a member of the closest family and persons being in the custody of the beneficiary
4. Condition for receiving a partial refund is to send the opt-out form along with the documentation within the deadline of 21 days from the date of notification of resignation.
5. Beneficiary pays the full amount in the case of not using the ordered services for reasons other than those mentioned in point 3.
6. Beneficiary is obligated to pay the full amount for the booked services before using them.
7. In the case of booking of a multi-person room by one person, the price for the check-in increases by 50% for every available bed in this room.
8. If the person who resides in a multi-person room pays only for their bed, the Company may sell the remaining available places.
9. For every additional person who does use the additional accommodation place (above the number of available accommodation places in the room),the additional fee is collected in the amount of 50% of the hotel price.
